First, if you like scales where, if you stand on one foot and lean as far over as possible you can achieve an instant 5 pound weight-loss, this is not the scale for you! Step on and off, on and off, it comes up with the exact same thing. Taunting me.
After seeing all the great reviews, I was left with only one question: would storing the scale vertically when not in use be a problem? I wrote an email to the company expecting a typical auto-generated FAQ response within a day and the answer to my question - never.
Within FOUR MINUTES after pressing "send" a response was received back with a phone number and an actual live human with the answer to my question ("No problem, just recalibrate by standing on the scale, getting off and then weighing in for real".)
This is one awesome scale and one awesome company!

I have been using this scale everyday for the past month. At first, I wanted to make sure about the precision and the effective calibration so I was weighing myself twice or three times during the first few days. On each given occasion I was getting exactly the same number. The design is sleek and simple. I was amazed by the super thin profile of this scale considering that it uses AAA batteries and not flat batteries. The digits on the LCD are easily recognizable even if one wears glasses and does not have them on.
The product description is complete, easy to understand, and honest. The device works as advertised. Also, the comparison chart will help you to understand whether this is the scale you need or you should check the other models.
Finally, though I didn't have any problems for which I need customer service, but I could say from the other reviews that the seller/manufacturer is one that cares about how the quality of their product appears in the eyes of the customer. They are very responsible and helpful.
